Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
- Previous school-based experience preferred (SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-CFY, SLPA-School experience considered)
- Commitment to working in-person throughout the full school year
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students across grade levels
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress, document interventions, and collaborate regularly with teachers and families
- Serve as a resource for staff, offering training and support when needed
