Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
  • Previous school-based experience preferred (SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-CFY, SLPA-School experience considered)
  • Commitment to working in-person throughout the full school year
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students across grade levels
  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress, document interventions, and collaborate regularly with teachers and families
  • Serve as a resource for staff, offering training and support when needed
