Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Experience with K-12 school-aged populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and evidence-based intervention
- Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 caseload
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning outcomes
- Maintain thorough records, complete progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Proactively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
