Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Proficient in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Assess, diagnose, and develop plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate progress records and prepare required documentation in a timely manner
- Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for development and updates of individualized plans
- Support students in integrating communication goals within their classroom activities
