Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Proficient in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate progress records and prepare required documentation in a timely manner
  • Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for development and updates of individualized plans
  • Support students in integrating communication goals within their classroom activities
