The caseload includes elementary and middle school students, offering endless opportunities to make a meaningful difference in children’s communication skills and academic potential.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid or pending SLP license and credential (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Eligibility to complete or supervise a Clinical Fellowship year (CFs encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with school-based populations preferred, but not required
Your Impact:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within school settings
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to elementary and middle school students
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain organized records and efficient documentation in compliance with state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
