Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for fostering growth and success in students with communication challenges
- Willingness to support multi-age caseloads across elementary and middle school settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Engage in progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in group and individual settings
- Support and mentor Clinical Fellows as appropriate, contributing to a positive professional community
