Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for fostering growth and success in students with communication challenges
  • Willingness to support multi-age caseloads across elementary and middle school settings

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Engage in progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in group and individual settings
  • Support and mentor Clinical Fellows as appropriate, contributing to a positive professional community
