Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered (Clinical Fellowship supervision and support offered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and manage caseloads with professionalism and empathy

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency needs among students in elementary and middle school settings
• Develop, document, and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Monitor, record, and communicate student progress, and make recommendations for ongoing needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to best serve student success
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards
