Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Marysville, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms, if applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to track progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Support students both individually and in group settings, adapting to in-person or teletherapy as needed
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
