Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services at a dynamic elementary campus. This full-time position serves a single, supportive site, working with a caseload of approximately 40-45 students from transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. The contract length spans 160-170 days, offering the chance to truly connect with students and make a lasting difference throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades TK-5
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
  • Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding strategies for effective communication
  • Engage parents and caregivers, sharing progress and offering training as needed

This position offers compensation in the range of $60 to $70 per hour, reflecting both expertise and commitment.
