What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor and report progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold compliance with state/federal guidelines
  • Provide consultative support to staff to promote best practices in language and speech development
  • Engage students in motivating, outcome-driven interventions tailored to their needs
