Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marysville, CA

This full-time contract role focuses on providing high-quality speech-language pathology services at a single elementary site, supporting a caseload of approximately 40-45 students from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. The assignment spans a 160-170 day contract and fosters personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
• Previous school-based experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for diverse elementary learners
• Develop, implement, and document individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students grades TK-5
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate results effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on student support teams
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
