A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Marysville, CA, servicing one elementary school site. The position involves a contract spanning approximately 160-170 days, focusing on supporting a caseload of 40-45 students from transitional kindergarten to 5th grade.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives that support student communication development.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in elementary settings.
