Speech Language Pathologist in Marysville, WA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant) license is required
• Experience in a school setting or working with children preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with SLPs and participating in team meetings
• Strong communication skills and a positive, compassionate attitude
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and classroom settings

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLPs
• Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals under supervision
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Work cooperatively with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting SLPs with evaluations
• Attend supervision and training sessions as needed
