- Familiarity with working alongside SLPs or in collaborative therapy teams helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the guidance of an onsite SLP supervisor.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs.
- Conduct group or individual sessions targeting communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, student progress, and goal attainment.
- Collaborate regularly with supervising SLPs to discuss student cases and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
