  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with working alongside SLPs or in collaborative therapy teams helpful.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students under the guidance of an onsite SLP supervisor.
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs.
  • Conduct group or individual sessions targeting communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, student progress, and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate regularly with supervising SLPs to discuss student cases and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
