Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
- Experience with IEPs, assessments, and therapy in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with special education laws and school protocols
- Provide support and training to educational staff as needed
