Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
• Experience with IEPs, assessments, and therapy in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
• Complete all required documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with special education laws and school protocols
• Provide support and training to educational staff as needed
