Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Tennessee
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or relevant clinical experience (CFY applicants considered)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech/language needs
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
