Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver speech therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy, as required
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
