School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mason, Ohio

This contract position offers the chance to deliver direct, on-site support in a school environment full time—32.5 hours per week—beginning as soon as possible and extending through late May 2027.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure (or immediate eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in educational or school-based SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work collaboratively with diverse school teams and student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy and intervention services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with school guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development
