• Provide 4-5 days a week of coverage in a dedicated preschool classroom: one focused evaluation day and three days supporting classroom-based therapy.
• Alternatively, focus exclusively on therapy services for preschool and elementary levels—no evaluations required for this option.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Current CCC-SLP certification
• Valid or eligible for Ohio SLP licensure
• Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred, especially in preschool or elementary settings
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to various school environments
• Dedication to fostering communication skills in young children

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations (preschool position)
• Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve their speaking and listening goals
• Document therapeutic progress and communicate outcomes as needed
