Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Arkansas SLP state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) welcome, but strong CFYs considered
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
  • Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices
  • Compassionate communication and effective teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students (in-person and/or remote)
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress reports for compliance
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for students’ growth
