What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active SLP license for Arkansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
- Comfortable providing services in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for each student
- Maintain thorough and timely student records according to regulatory standards
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Offer guidance and mentorship to support Clinical Fellows, when applicable
