Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Maumelle, AR

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active SLP license for Arkansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
• Comfortable providing services in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Maintain thorough and timely student records according to regulatory standards
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Offer guidance and mentorship to support Clinical Fellows, when applicable
