Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with students of varying ages and abilities
• Ability to travel throughout the county as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, integrating best practices and evidence-based interventions
• Evaluate and assess students to determine therapy needs and set appropriate goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student sessions, progress, and evaluations
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed, contributing expertise to the development of education plans
• Adapt services to a variety of school environments, managing a dynamic caseload across different campuses
