Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent
- Current or eligible for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience or strong desire to work with pre-kindergarten or early childhood populations
- Familiarity with school-based and healthcare SLP practice
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to pre-K students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education or intervention plans
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and action plans
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
