Step into an impactful opportunity supporting K-12 students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist on a flexible contract basis. Available roles include one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week) position. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach critical speech and language milestones, positively influencing their classroom experience and confidence.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state licensure for Indiana
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 school-aged children
  • Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and re-evaluations for a diverse caseload across K-12 grades
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and speech-language therapy goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions in alignment with student needs
  • Maintain detailed records and track student progress according to school and state guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth
  • Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development as needed
