Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Prior experience or clinical practicum in K-12 schools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for fostering communication skills in students of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Consult with educators and provide strategies to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom environment.
  • Support family engagement and provide resources/training as appropriate.
