Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mccordsville, IN

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and helping students achieve their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech/language disorders; develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training or resources to staff and parents as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
