Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or pending SLP-CCC or CFY licensure
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable supporting students via traditional and teletherapy models
- Knowledge of educational plans, IEP development, and progress documentation
- SLPA roles available for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degrees in communication sciences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support teams
- Adaptability across elementary, middle, and high school populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in onsite school environments
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings to help shape student progress
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and community partners
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school policies
- Utilize a variety of instructional and therapeutic techniques, including teletherapy, as needed
