Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mcdonough, GA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current or pending SLP-CCC or CFY licensure
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable supporting students via traditional and teletherapy models
• Knowledge of educational plans, IEP development, and progress documentation
• SLPA roles available for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degrees in communication sciences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support teams
• Adaptability across elementary, middle, and high school populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in onsite school environments
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings to help shape student progress
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and community partners
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school policies
• Utilize a variety of instructional and therapeutic techniques, including teletherapy, as needed
