Required Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia SLP License or valid GaPSC Certification (both will be required eventually; one sufficient to start)
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF); open to Speech Language Associates (SLAs) certified through GaPSC
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Committed to on-site work (no teletherapy or hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy in a K-12 academic environment
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and participate in student support meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Partner with families to support student progress
