Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start
• School-based or pediatric experience desired, but clinical fellowships are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with IEPs, evaluations, and direct therapy delivery for K-12 students
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive, student-focused care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders among students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to meet IEP goals
• Maintain thorough records of progress, evaluations, and ongoing documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals and support plans
• Offer support and consultation to staff on language, speech, and communication needs
