Make an impact supporting students in their communication and language development as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is based near Mckeesport, PA, with a flexible 2-days-per-week schedule, ideally suited for professionals interested in secondary and select older elementary caseloads. As school calendar details are still being finalized, anticipate a typical assignment spanning from late August through late May or early June.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP-CCC credential
• Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, including work with secondary and/or upper elementary students, preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Manage a secondary caseload with possible inclusion of older elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with school teams to support student learning and participation
