Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in working within a school environment
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and ESY services considered a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals for ESY-enrolled students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and help plan effective transitions for students
