Deliver essential speech-language services during the Extended School Year (ESY) and make a positive difference in students' communication development. This contract opportunity is located near vibrant communities and provides the chance to work with diverse school-aged children.

As an integral support for student success, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to help each child reach their full potential. Whether you have prior school-based experience or are eager to expand your skill set in educational settings, your expertise in speech-language pathology will be highly valued.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in working within a school environment
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and ESY services considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals for ESY-enrolled students
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help plan effective transitions for students
