Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication development across vibrant elementary settings in Washington and Greene Counties. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll deliver in-person services that create meaningful progress for students and collaborate with dedicated educational teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active SLP-CCC certification required
  • PA SLP Educator Certificate (mandatory)
  • Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to commute reliably among multiple school locations
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse elementary environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and support to a caseload of up to 50 students with varying speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to foster positive student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Deliver services at designated sites across Washington and Greene Counties—including Washington Park Elementary and multi-site coverage days at Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and Waynesburg Campus
  • Participate in required training sessions August 13th, 14th (both roles) and August 17th (multi-site role), 8 AM–3:30 PM

This full-time role follows a traditional school schedule, starting with training before students arrive, and concluding in early June. You’ll play a vital part in supporting student success while experiencing the dynamic energy of multiple educational communities.
