An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide dedicated services during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role supports students at two sites, serving approximately 30 elementary-aged children with speech and language needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a direct impact in a school environment and thrives in bilingual settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous school-based experience valued
- Experience with elementary-aged populations beneficial
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Reliable transportation to commute between sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students across two neighboring school locations
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultative guidance as needed
- Maintain clear, accurate records of services and student progress
