In this role, you’ll be pivotal in helping elementary students near McKinney, TX reach their full communicative potential. This onsite, full-time position offers a chance to impact approximately 40 students, supporting them through direct therapy, evaluations, and collaborative IEP planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas SLP license (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy for elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and support IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Consult with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure successful intervention and student progress
  • Maintain thorough, accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress
  • Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to the school team

You’ll be working a regular full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and exclusively onsite—no part-time roles are available for this position. The school-based setting is supportive and focused on positive collaboration.
