This onsite, full-time position offers a chance to impact approximately 40 students, supporting them through direct therapy, evaluations, and collaborative IEP planning.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Texas SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and support IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure successful intervention and student progress
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to the school team
You’ll be working a regular full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and exclusively onsite—no part-time roles are available for this position. The school-based setting is supportive and focused on positive collaboration.
