Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting senior high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract position focuses on working with 11th and 12th graders, managing a caseload of approximately 40 students who benefit from expert speech and language services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License for the state of Texas
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in school-based speech-language therapy settings, ideally with high school students
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, special education teams, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Provide both direct and indirect speech-language services to students
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate progress with staff, families, and students, fostering a team approach to student success

This school-based role features a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, providing stability during the academic year. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be prepared to work full-time onsite.
