School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Mckinney, Texas

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is an advantage
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• A commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice
• Reliable transportation for traveling between schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments for a varied student population
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and speech services
• Provide both direct and indirect speech-language therapy
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure optimal student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation

This position offers a full-time, 40-hour week throughout the school year, providing you the chance to build strong professional relationships, refine your clinical skills, and witness the progress of the students in your care.
