A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed immediately to serve a K-12 school in McMinnville, TN, for the duration of the current school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ speech and language development in a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Deliver individualized therapy services aligned with students’ needs
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and write IEP goals and plans
- Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation of services and progress
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with credentials appropriate for school settings
- Experience or certification as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric speech-language disorders and healthcare-related speech therapy
- Ability to work effectively within an educational team and participate in IEP processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Position is located in McMinnville, Tennessee
- Approximately 1 hour from Chattanooga, TN
- Approximately 1 hour from Murfreesboro, TN (45 minutes from Nashville)
