Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Mcminnville, Tennessee

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed immediately to serve a K-12 school in McMinnville, TN, for the duration of the current school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ speech and language development in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Deliver individualized therapy services aligned with students’ needs
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and write IEP goals and plans
• Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation of services and progress

Qualifications:

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with credentials appropriate for school settings
• Experience or certification as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric speech-language disorders and healthcare-related speech therapy
• Ability to work effectively within an educational team and participate in IEP processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Position is located in McMinnville, Tennessee
• Approximately 1 hour from Chattanooga, TN
• Approximately 1 hour from Murfreesboro, TN (45 minutes from Nashville)
