1:1 Pediatric Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Mcminnville, TN

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in pediatrics and school-based settings
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or mentor other professionals
• Strong background in 1:1 pediatric care
• Proficiency in evaluating, planning, and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop evidence-based therapy plans
• Lead and implement IEP processes, collaborating with educational teams and families
• Provide direct therapy and consultation for students with speech and language needs
• Supervise or support clinical fellows or assistants as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements
• Engage in multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
