Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Demonstrated ability to supervise or mentor other professionals
- Strong background in 1:1 pediatric care
- Proficiency in evaluating, planning, and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop evidence-based therapy plans
- Lead and implement IEP processes, collaborating with educational teams and families
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students with speech and language needs
- Supervise or support clinical fellows or assistants as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements
- Engage in multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
