Provide full-time speech-language services across 2-3 school buildings, working primarily with elementary students and some middle schoolers. Teletherapy options are available for some students, allowing for a modern, flexible approach to care. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holds active licensure or certification as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible for school or healthcare settings
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Comfortable serving both on-site and virtual learners as needed
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Flexibility to travel between 2-3 school buildings located conveniently near each other
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and goal setting for students
  • New graduates (CFY) and experienced professionals are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide both in-person and teletherapy speech-language services, focusing on personalized student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students

The compensation for this role reflects your expertise, with rates ranging from $45 to $57 per hour based on your school-based experience.
