School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mcminnville, Tennessee

You’ll primarily support elementary students, with some interactions in middle-grade settings, across 2-3 buildings. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• SLPA certification accepted; experience in schools or healthcare valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, speech/language interventions, and therapy documentation
• Confidence delivering direct and consultative therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to serve multiple sites and age ranges

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions for elementary—with some middle school—students
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment

Compensation for this contract position ranges from $45–$57 per hour, based on your experience serving schools.
