Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings as an SLP preferred
- Strength in developing and carrying out individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite; potential for virtual (Voco) opportunities may arise
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students according to assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster students’ progress
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and student performance
- Participate in school-based meetings and ongoing professional learning opportunities
Work Details:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week)
- Onsite position, with the possibility of virtual work considered at a later date
- Caseload specifics will be provided prior to assignment
