Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school settings as an SLP preferred
  • Strength in developing and carrying out individualized therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working onsite; potential for virtual (Voco) opportunities may arise

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students according to assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster students’ progress
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and student performance
  • Participate in school-based meetings and ongoing professional learning opportunities

Work Details:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week)
  • Onsite position, with the possibility of virtual work considered at a later date
  • Caseload specifics will be provided prior to assignment
