Step into a rewarding contract role as a Voco Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students across multiple schools in the Mebane, NC area. This full-time position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives, working within a vibrant school community throughout the 2026 academic year (August 18, 2026 – June 10, 2026). You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, providing essential speech and language services in both traditional and virtual settings.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience delivering speech therapy in schools, virtual or onsite
  • Comfortable managing diverse K-12 caseloads across multiple locations
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Passion for helping students reach their academic and communication goals

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 populations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide both in-person and virtual speech/language therapy sessions as needed
  • Document student progress, update records, and communicate with teachers and families
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Travel between school sites as scheduled, ensuring consistent caseload management
