Multiple opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), with positions starting for the 2026-2027 school year. What You'll Need:

  • Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania and CCC credentials
  • Experience in early childhood or pediatric settings preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Ability to manage and organize an active caseload of approximately 45 students
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Open to considering experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) under supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services within early childhood programs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal updates
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic student growth
  • Provide guidance to classroom staff and families on supporting students’ language development
