What You'll Need:
- Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania and CCC credentials
- Experience in early childhood or pediatric settings preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
- Ability to manage and organize an active caseload of approximately 45 students
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Open to considering experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) under supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services within early childhood programs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal updates
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic student growth
- Provide guidance to classroom staff and families on supporting students’ language development
