Elementary Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

You’ll work across two elementary buildings serving a diverse caseload of 50-55 students. The schedule mirrors the academic environment, running Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, ensuring a consistent 35-hour workweek. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 27, 2027, with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current SLP license or eligibility in the state
• CCC-SLP certification, Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Background in both regular education and supporting students with autism
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models, including some aspects of case management
• SLPA experience and certification beneficial
• Effective communicator with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Manage a caseload of 50-55 across two school buildings
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver services to both regular education and autistic support classrooms
• Collaborate with educators, support personnel, and families to optimize student progress
