This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract position offers flexibility and professional growth across three different maternity leaves, with the potential to extend your impact through the remainder of the school year in an early intervention setting.
You’ll work with a dynamic K-12 student population, collaborating alongside dedicated educators and support teams. Your assignment will start in Hershey, PA, with three overlapping placements:
- Position 1: Start as soon as possible, continuing through mid-October
- Position 2: Begin mid-October and serve through January
- Position 3: Start mid-December and continue into March
Upon completing these leaves, there’s an excellent opportunity to remain on assignment until the end of the academic year, transitioning to support early intervention caseloads.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA CCC required
- Schools-based SLP experience preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
- Commitment to providing evidence-based therapy, IEP documentation, and collaborative teamwork
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and write IEP goals
- Track progress and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in student eligibility, parent meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
- Transition seamlessly to early intervention services as needed
