Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active and current SLP license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)

  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the educational team and parents
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
  • Support and educate teachers, families, and staff regarding student needs and progress
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in a dynamic school environment
