This contract opportunity is ideal for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to focus on early intervention within a full-time, consistent schedule from August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027.

You’ll work with a dedicated early intervention caseload, collaborating closely with educators and families to foster communication skills and developmental growth in young children. As part of this mission-driven assignment, you’ll have the chance to contribute your expertise, creativity, and passion to a supportive educational community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a school setting, ideally with early intervention or pediatric caseloads
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive practice

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for early intervention caseload students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state, district, and legal requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
