Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP certification or strong CFY candidates welcome.
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially working with K-12 populations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students across elementary to high school grade levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and document findings.
  • Develop tailored IEP goals, track student progress, and participate actively in meetings with families and educational teams.
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ needs within the classroom environment.
  • Provide input on accommodations and assist in designing effective intervention strategies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
