Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Maryland (MD SLP License)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective therapy plans for a diverse caseload of school-age children
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills among students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and progress monitoring for school-aged learners
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and guidance
