High School Elementary School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Medford, Oregon

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Skilled in evaluations, IEP development, and therapy implementation
• Comfortable serving a mixed caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
• Track progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation
• Partner with educators and families to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
