Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience required
- Proven ability to serve students in urban educational settings
- Must be able to work onsite (no virtual/hybrid work options)
- Experience with middle and high school populations preferred
- Reliable transportation for consistent daily attendance
- Capacity to work between 7:15AM-4:00PM; no scheduling accommodations available
- Completion of all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and case management activities
