Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLP license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience required
  • Proven ability to serve students in urban educational settings
  • Must be able to work onsite (no virtual/hybrid work options)
  • Experience with middle and high school populations preferred
  • Reliable transportation for consistent daily attendance
  • Capacity to work between 7:15AM-4:00PM; no scheduling accommodations available
  • Completion of all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and case management activities

Role Details and Perks:
