Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Ohio SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individualized and group settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans for a variety of speech/language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams
