Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in elementary settings, school-based programs, or pediatric therapy
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and a commitment to best practices in remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of elementary students with a range of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement effective, individualized IEPs and treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services via onsite or virtual modalities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student progress
