Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligible to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates also considered
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to support student learning and success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEP meetings, progress reports, and compliance
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to student-centered educational planning
