  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Tennessee SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to tailor intervention strategies for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and staff development
  • Support program initiatives to promote speech and language development within the school
