What you bring:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience with school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and implementation

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's success
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough records compliant with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
• Offer consultative support to classroom staff and families as needed
