Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP-CCC
- Previous experience in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting IEP processes and compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students, focusing on communication, articulation, fluency, and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, write comprehensive reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and meet all required documentation deadlines
- Provide consultation for staff as needed and participate in professional development activities
