This full-time, contract opportunity offers the possibility to discuss a hybrid work arrangement between onsite and virtual work, tailored in collaboration with school administration. With multiple positions available, you’ll deliver life-changing support to a diverse caseload and contribute to students’ communication success throughout the academic year.

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the school setting
  • Previous experience working in educational environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning spaces

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Deliver direct therapy and intervention—both individual and group sessions—to meet students’ unique needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records and participate actively in IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance and strategies for classroom adaptations that enhance communication
