Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP-CCC
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Commitment to supporting IEP processes and compliance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students, focusing on communication, articulation, fluency, and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, write comprehensive reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and meet all required documentation deadlines
  • Provide consultation for staff as needed and participate in professional development activities
