Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active California SLP License (or eligibility)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students
- Maintain productive partnerships with teachers, staff, and families
- Accurately document progress and provide regular updates
- Adapt strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Participate in team meetings and support district goals
- Flexibility for onsite or hybrid work, to be determined with district administration
