Two full-time contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make an impact. Whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or passionate about school-based practice, your expertise will help students thrive.
Role #1 involves preschool support from March 2nd to May 28th, offering the chance to work with young learners at a formative stage. Role #2 spans from April 7th through May 28th, assisting students in grades K-12, supporting communication growth and academic success for a diverse group of children.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to in-person and/or remote service delivery as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provision of direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaboration with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom
- Regular communication with families regarding student progress and strategies
- Maintenance of up-to-date therapy notes and required reports
