Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or an interest in virtual services welcomed
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student speech, language, and communication needs for middle and high school populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in person and virtually as needed
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional success through evidence-based practices
