In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions to address speech and language objectives
  • Carefully track and document student progress to inform instructional decisions
  • Partner effectively with teachers, support staff, and fellow therapists to ensure cohesive care
  • Involve families, providing guidance and strategies to support communication development at home

Applicants should have:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ideally, a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children, preferably in a school environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology or willingness to obtain one
