Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is valued
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individualized goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication development
  • Carefully monitor, document, and update progress for each student
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated, effective care
  • Educate and involve families to support progress beyond the therapy setting
