Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is valued
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individualized goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication development
- Carefully monitor, document, and update progress for each student
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated, effective care
- Educate and involve families to support progress beyond the therapy setting
