Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP credentials or current eligibility as an SLP-CFY
• Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Skilled at collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across three elementary sites
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with all requirements
• Consult and collaborate with classroom staff and families to support each student’s growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Stay current on evidence-based practices in the field of speech-language pathology
