Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to engaging with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
  • Deliver direct speech/language therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
