Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to engaging with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
